You'll Need:

1 ½ lbs. ground beef
Shredded or chopped head of lettuce
½ lb. mild cheddar cheese, grated
Diced tomatoes
Hard (formed) taco shells
Guacamole or sour cream (optional)
1. Fry beef in pan. Add taco seasoning dry mix packet
from grocery store.
2. Scoop up the beef with a slotted spoon to drain the
fat.     
3. Place it in taco shells.
4. Place lettuce, tomatoes, and a small handful of
cheese on top.
5. If using guacamole or sour cream, place it in taco
after lettuce.
